• My journey into fitness wasn’t about perfection — it was about transformation. I know what it takes to lose body fat, build confidence, and stay consistent, because I’ve been through it myself. That’s why my coaching is built around realistic, sustainable changes that actually fit into your lifestyle.

• Before becoming a personal trainer, I spent over 20 years working as a professional musician, performing across the UK — and I still do to this day. That background has helped me develop strong communication skills, discipline, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life — something I now bring into every coaching session.

• At Billy D Fitness, I specialise in fat loss transformations. Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into fitness, or looking to take things to the next level, I provide simple, effective training plans and straightforward nutrition guidance that gets results without overcomplicating things.

• Most importantly — training with me isn’t boring.

• My sessions and classes are all about working hard, having a laugh, and actually enjoying the process. You’ll be pushed, supported, and kept accountable, but you’ll also have a good time doing it. Because if you enjoy it, you stick to it — and that’s where real results happen.
